The chef, baker, and film addict. If he’s not perfecting a new pastry or sandwich… he’s probably quoting lines from his favourite movies.

Mainly working her magic behind the scenes, Janet pops up in the bakery on Thursdays, always bringing a spark of joy with her. And if she’s not there, you’ll likely find her running the hugely successful Story Craft Theatre, spreading creativity and smiles all over York.

Our behind-the-scenes hero and quite possibly the hardest worker we know. Shaun spends his nights baking up the best sourdough loaves, so they’re fresh and ready come morning. Thanks to him, our shelves are always filled with incredible bread.

The coffee OG. He knows his beans like nobody else, and when he’s not pulling the perfect espresso, he’s busy modelling or working on his next fitness goal.

The man behind our deliveries, Andy also brings a massive wealth of knowledge to the team  whether it’s coffee, music, politics, or football, he’s your guy. On top of all that, he might just be the friendliest person you’ll ever meet, always ready with a warm smile and a kind word.
