We’re an independent microbakery right across from Clifford’s Tower, baking everything fresh on-site with traditional methods and all-natural goodness. We specialise in sourdough, and you’ll also find a mouthwatering mix of pastries, sandwiches and top-notch coffee

About us...

The heart of the business is the sourdough...

..which is completely handmade. The long slow naturally fermented technique gives a more rounded and complex flavour and greater health benefits.

Our Menu

Sandwiches / Pastries / Sourdough Doughnuts / Sausage Rolls… and daily surprises. 

We change our sandwich menu on a monthly basis, using seasonal fresh ingredients.
