We’re an independent microbakery right across from Clifford’s Tower, baking everything fresh on-site with traditional methods and all-natural goodness. We specialise in sourdough, and you’ll also find a mouthwatering mix of pastries, sandwiches and top-notch coffee

..which is completely handmade. The long slow naturally fermented technique gives a more rounded and complex flavour and greater health benefits.
